Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro – styled to perform

Back in April 2013 we saw Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro launched as one of the phone in the Galaxy series. It is similar in many aspects with the other models in Galaxy series, however, the Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro now comes with the latest Snapdragon 200 8625q, which is present only in this model. It is of course the very first device to have this processor. Like the name Grand given to the mobile, Samsung says it all. You will truly find some features are truly grand and live up to the name. The mobile sports 1.2 GHz Cortex – A5 quad core processor and Adreno 203 GPU and 1 GB RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro price will definitely surprise you a little.

Should you buy Quattro?
The Grand Quattro is definitely debatable I would say. In today’s competitive market, it would definitely be a daunting task to buy a Smartphone that will provide you with a great performance. Yes, even some of the top most brands make weak phones at high prices. one has to be careful, if they are fetching out a whooping sum. Samsung has Smartphone as high as Rs. 40, 000 to Rs. 50,000, can come with incredible sizes as well.  All the purpose of buying smaller and mid-budget mobile phones does need a little consideration if you think that high-end Smartphone are not worth the price after all.

Here is the Grand Quattro that for some reason has been launched to give a competition to brands that come in the mid range. I would say that there is a stiff competition and other brands have come out with better resolutions, mega pixels, battery, talk time and processors. So why would one buy a Grand Quattro? Although it has been made clear that it comes in the mid-budget range, it should come out with something that will attract buyers. Also note that the Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro price is Rs. 15,000 approximately.
Features of Grand Quattro
The mobile coems with android 4.1 Jelly Bean skinned with TouchWiz and has a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. It is rather low so the issue will be heard from a lot of buyers. The display is a huge 4.7 inches, but other like Micromax Canvas 4 has 5 inches of display screen. The thing with the mobile is that it is not exceptionally good but good for those who have not experienced the high-end mobile. This Smartphone is packed with smart stay, which may be useful for some. Besides, there is Samsung app along with Google Play store that can be beneficial.
The performance is not bad, but, when compared to other brands it definitely shines. The response to the touch screen is good and the interface is quite smooth. So that deals with games, browsing and navigation. Even the viewing angels are good. The games especially show great results when ou are playing. All the games worked smoothly.

The calling capability is worth mentioning, as it just does not lag anything. Besides, the battery is also good. It provides around 3.5 hours and gives full brightness and a full volume. However, do emphasize on the use of the mobile. It has some smart additions like the Smart Stay, blocking mode and motion – smart alert; shake to update and many more.

The camera standards are well maintained and you will find a resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels and comes with 5 mega pixels primary camera. The 4 x zoom feature provides convenience. Overall the camera provides good performance.
The video player disappoints here. It does not support flv and mkv formats and supports avi and mp4. It plays only up to 480p videos and 720p and 1080p audios.
